NOTE: "Weird Textures" takes a LONG time to extract. It's got some really neat stuff in it though, I found words!
Also, comment out anything in rdbtypes.js that you don't want to extract (barring important stuff like filenames and strings)

Install node.js
Extract files to C:\Program Files (x86)\Funcom\RDB\
Open node.js's command prompt

cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\Funcom\RDB\"
mkdir export
npm install xmldom
node rdb.js 1000010
node exportfilenames.js
node rdb.js
node tdc.js
